Al Naser signs Charles Rhodes, ex Shiga L-Stars

Al Naser Dubai (D1) tabbed experienced 35-year old American power forward Charles Rhodes (203-109kg-85, college: Mississippi State).
Rhodes played most recently at Shiga L-Stars in Japanese B1 League, but left the team in Nov.'19. In 12 games he averaged impressive 16.1ppg, 8.6rpg, 2.3apg and 1.0bpg last season.
Rhodes played in the final of Korean KBL. He received Asia-Basket.com All-Korean KBL 2nd Team award in 2011, 2012 and 2019.
The previous (2019) summer he played at SM Beermen (Filipino PBA) in Filipino league where in 7 games he had very remarkable stats: 26.0ppg, 13.7rpg, 2.7apg and 2.4bpg in 2019 season.
In 2008 Rhodes was drafted by East Kentucky Miners (CBA) in third round (12th overall).
The former Mississippi State standout is in his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
Rhodes is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. Rhodes has played previously professionally in Israel, Korea (Mobis Phoebus, KCC Egis, ET Land Elephants, Anyang KGC and KT Sonicboom), Latvia, Spain, Turkey (Gaziantep and Akhisar Bld) and NBA (Dallas Mavericks).
